What is recorded

Only what is needed to book your visit and to answer you. If you do not use a part of the site, nothing from that part is recorded.

• Online booking: your name, mobile number, the service and time you choose and, if you wish, a note for the doctor.
• Booking by phone or in person: the clinic's reception enters the same details in the clinic's booking system.
• WhatsApp form on the contact page: what you type is not stored on the site; a ready message opens in your own WhatsApp and sending it is up to you.
• Messages on Instagram or WhatsApp: your username or number and your message are seen in order to reply.
• Review form on the home page: your name, rating and text; nothing is shown before the clinic approves it, and it is deleted if it is not approved.
• Before and after photos: published only with the client's written consent, and location and camera details are removed from the photo before it is stored.

What it is used for

To record and arrange your visit, remind you of it (including by SMS), prepare the doctor for the session and answer your questions. Your details are never sold or given to advertisers.

Who it is shared with

Only in these cases:

• SMS: your mobile number and the text of the appointment message are sent to the SMS service.
• Legal obligation: if a competent legal authority formally asks for it.

How long it is kept

Appointment details stay in the clinic's system as your visit history until you ask for them to be deleted, except where the law requires them to be kept. System backups are kept for at most 14 days and then deleted automatically.

Cookies and statistics

This site has no advertising cookies or outside tracking tools. The map on the contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, and the directions links open Google Maps, Neshan or Balad; these services have their own privacy rules.

Your right to see, correct or delete your details

You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted; just contact the clinic by phone or WhatsApp (see the contact page). To make sure no one else receives your details, we may ask you to confirm that the mobile number is yours.

Security

Every page of the site opens over HTTPS, and your details are kept on the clinic's server in Iran. The staff panel is open only to authorised staff with a password, and every change there is logged.

Changing or cancelling a visit

To change or cancel a visit, contact the clinic the same way you booked. Appointments are final once reception has confirmed them.

Changes to this page

If the way we work changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
